Pros

I like working for Bluecrest because I feel like I'm doing some good. Hearing customers say that they received results that ended up saving their lives on previous assessments makes the early starts and the occasional long commutes so worth it! There is also an opportunity to make a lot of money here if you are happy to sell additional tests, as well as lots of overtime. Everyone is really friendly and I like that even while we are working alone most of the time, you know who you can go to for support if needed. Working alone means we have a lot of autonomy in our role which is something I really value about working for Bluecrest. Working 4 days a week as a full time contract is also fantastic because you have the option to work (up to) 7 days a week if you really want to, but if you want a midweek day off, you've got it! So it can be pretty flexible, and getting the rota a month in advance means you can plan things in that you want to do midweek.

Cons

I think that the basic salary could do with being higher. I depend on my commission and expenses every month. If I had an 'off' month of commission and just wasn't very lucky, or wasn't driving too far from home, I wouldn't be able to afford my basic bills + financial commitments which is of course a concern for me. Thankfully I am quite confident with selling and get sent far away enough that my bills are covered, but I hope that doesn't change!

Pros

Open, honest, progressive. New leadership and an energised team. Really on a mission to make a difference to people's understanding of their health. There are not many companies where you can speak to the CEO who sits amongst the rest of the team.

Cons

The pace is high and there can be pressure but as a team with the right values, we support each other.

Pros

Working at Bluecrest is like working with your friends and family. There is regular training, support from management and colleagues. Customer are also lovely and make a days work satisfying. There are great perks especially health and fitness benefits for staff.

Cons

Lots of traveling- especially abound London this job can be overwhelming. Days sometime can by long, however we work only 4 days a week.
