Pros
In Bluecrux, you do what I call "real" consultancy. This company offers very hands-on projects within supply chain, which makes it an excellent place to both develop your skills and knowledge in such a fundamental field as supply chain. You work with a wide range of diverse, often large international clients, which gives strong exposure early on, and there is a high level of responsibility from the start, driven by a real sense of trust, while still being allowed to make mistakes and learn from them. In addition, the combination of consulting and technology (both internally developed or through partnerships such as OMP, Anaplan...) is a big plus, as it allows you to build both strategic and technical expertise.
The company culture truly matches what is advertised , it’s not just marketing talk, but something you experience day to day. Also, the recruitment process is both challenging but comprehensive and non-exhaustive.
From a personal point of view, what most surprised me was the welcoming and kind atmosphere in the company as well as the interesting projects with internationally known companies.
Cons
As in all consulting companies, you might have some projects you dislike but at least you know you'll know it's supply chain related and that you'll have a great internal team to work with.
