      Not a great place to work if you want to grow.

      Pros

      Relatively small team with lots of opportunity to do many tasks. Good with work-life balance as owners have families and value time with them.

      Cons

      Finance first/employees last mindset; biased leadership team; bonuses only for staff directly working on portfolios; belittling and inappropriate comments from senior team members; terrible hiring strategy and internal promotions follow favourism, not skills.

      Pros

      Very relaxing environment and atmosphere, a very nice office space. You can get on with work without disturbances. And the work culture can be not bad.

      Cons

      Very low pay as an individual who has bills to pay. A very small team and not very supportive from the upper management. It is not very flexible, as an individual that has responsibilities. They have a small kitchen in which it is very uncomfortable to eat with people too close to you. And the team is not very inviting.

      Relaxing working environment, senior staff is happy to listen and make some improvements

      Cons

      Focus on very low salaries instead of quality and experience causing high employee turnover rate, especially asset managers, Doesn't feel like an English company at all, Directors with poor competences and management skills, lacking leadership and decision-making Based on rather small groups instead of a team.
