      Pros

      The culture is young and easy-going. A lot of opportunities for growth. Plenty of work and effort to go around. You get rewarded if you deliver value.

      Cons

      A bit of fog of war as far as feedback, communication, and lines delineating roles at the company. Not a ton of strategic foresight, just research content being churned out.
