      unless you’re a finance bro there are no pros

      - your boss is a 23 year old college drop out with a huge ego that can’t professionally manage a firm - the recruiter for this company has absolutely no interpersonal skills - management is EXTREMELY unprofessional - you get hired to make money for the higher ups

      Pros

      I started as an intern and now work full time. The energy in the office is vibrant each day. If you have the drive to learn what they teach, you will succeed. Each day I’m excited to go into the office and even stay late most days I’m able to. A great opportunity to say the least

      Cons

      Hardest part is simply putting in the work and keeping your mind on your goals not failures. If you have the work ethic, the pay comes with it!!
