Pros
There are nice people to work with here. However, this has changed with recent times, so by the time anyone looking at this joins, most of them will be gone.
Cons
Management has a hire and fire policy. A lot of talented people have left or are leaving as a result. Management overpromises and then lowballs salaries to current employees. The company is essentially built off the backs of interns and cheap labour. The COO is only in his position because he is married to the CEO. He is incompetent and obstructs any meaningful work from being done. Management has no clear direction of how to steer the product and the firm.
