CEO is a terrible leader - alienates his people and is an ego maniac. The CEO respects no one and no one respects the CEO. Old school - behind the times business model and unwilling to make changes or even admit that someone other than himself might have input and constructive feedback. A horrible work environment. Company is on the verge of financial collapse due to poor and inscruplous business practices. Don’t get near this - run for the hills.
