      Pros

      Some great people working there (but they probably won’t be there much longer) COO is fantastic - CFO is a good guy with good intentions

      Cons

      CEO is a terrible leader - alienates his people and is an ego maniac. The CEO respects no one and no one respects the CEO. Old school - behind the times business model and unwilling to make changes or even admit that someone other than himself might have input and constructive feedback. A horrible work environment. Company is on the verge of financial collapse due to poor and inscruplous business practices. Don’t get near this - run for the hills.

      Pros

      Ability to work autonomously and in a fast-paced, remote environment with experienced professionals dedicated equally to both client and company. Multiple opportunities for advancement. Various referral, reward and incentive programs. Free (employee-only) medical insurance!

      Lack of additional benefits offered presently (dental / vision).
