Pros

- Remote business giving you the chance to focus your day on work and not travel etc. - Friendly team of CSM's and some support/product - Some really nice customers - Good salary

Cons

- Training is poor as a new starter - Leadership don't know how to lead - Too many mixed messages about what to do/not to do - Commission plan was confusing and not good - Some of us made a scape goat and easy lay off through lay offs in early 2023 - Support tickets take forever to be dealt with and the leader of that team never seems to do anything

Pros

You can work remotely and thankfully I can stay in my state and home without having to travel. There are some smart people here and decent humanbeings.

Cons

Such a serious lack of direction, new business is awful and there is a reason why everyone is leaving (the biggest being the head of product because he was fighting a losing battle with a largely broken/hashed product). Leadership are full of too much hot air and will spin what they want with you to make you think you're happy with the answer. The company has made so many cutbacks it's unreal and people are expected to be motivated by this. The CFO is the most useless person in that leadership group with decisions that make so sense and he's pretty rude too.

Pros

Some of the people were nice

Cons

First of all the company was in such a disaray. We had 5 execs leave in one month and the Ceo didnt say much about it. Also I left due to the company hr team thinking i did something which i never did. We also did not know what we were doing if we were going into office and how many times per week. I put two reviews in to my manager to review me and he never did even though in the all-hands both ceo and hr team said its mandatory we have these meetings which i never got reviewed so i didnt know if i was doing something wrong. I put 110 percent each day and it felt like they just wanted me out of the company even though i was there for a year and got awards and went out of my way to help other teams as well.
