      Great company that recognizes potential and lets employees grow

      Pros

      Tight knit team. Remote work. Fun work environment. Interesting web development projects. Great clients with whom we've built long relationships. Strong design and development teams. Organizational structure allows team members to define their own role in a sense, take initiative and run with it. Overall great company culture and an enjoyable place to work.

      Cons

      While I enjoy working remotely, I do with I got to see my colleagues more often since I truly enjoy their company.

      Pros

      Solid colleagues to work with, agile project management, happy and loyal clients which makes everything more smooth and fun, Holacracy-style management, distributed team (I like working remote).

      Cons

      It might be a downside that it's distributed if you want to work in an office.
