      Having a job temporarily, but there are no pros.

      Deceitful, conniving business practices. DO NOT CONSIDER THIS BRUTAL COMPANY. RUN!!

      Thank you for your feedback. We recognize that not all property managers or will be a good fit in our culture of no Regional Managers, no micromanagement and full empowerment, and that is ok. We look for vetted, energetic, self motivators that have earned the respect to operate the property with minimal hand holding and no bureaucratic red tape. Unfortunately, when this results in under performance of the property, we have to part ways. We wish you the very best in the future.

      Worst Company I've Ever Worked For!

      Absolutely zero pros to working for Bluestone I can't even say the paycheck was a pro since they severely underpay their employees.

      Cons

      I was terminated 7 days after I received a written counseling statement because my occupancy wasn't 94% it was 93% (3 leases) I increased our 15 day trend to 95.5 within that week and was fired yet my cnoi was 116% ytd highest in the company! Cnoi was less than 90% when I took the property over 9 months ago. Worst company I've ever worked for and both vice presidents don't have a clue! Our property also went from 2 star rated on google facebook etc to 4 star during my teams tenure.

      Good Commissions Hard working team members

      Cons

      no appreciation from whatever corporate team members they may have expectations are made without any knowledge of the properties demographics Good ideas are shut down. Later when you mentioned that you had an idea that would have worked you are scolded for not using"management empowerment"
