Worst Company I've Ever Worked For! - Community Manager Bluestone Properties Employee Review

I was terminated 7 days after I received a written counseling statement because my occupancy wasn't 94% it was 93% (3 leases) I increased our 15 day trend to 95.5 within that week and was fired yet my cnoi was 116% ytd highest in the company! Cnoi was less than 90% when I took the property over 9 months ago. Worst company I've ever worked for and both vice presidents don't have a clue! Our property also went from 2 star rated on google facebook etc to 4 star during my teams tenure.
