Pros
Lot of flexibility and a good work-life balance on account of the company being niche and populated by people who understand family/personal stuff very well. Cool if you want to explore some untapped areas of aviation. "Small community" feel along with in-office, hybrid, and remote options.
Cons
Keep in mind that the company hopes to cash out or go IPO eventually. Because of that, lots of focus on sales/development at the expense of CS staff. Very hard to get meaningful career growth, so a lot of people have rotated in and out over the years. Terminations can be very sudden. If you're happy with your current position or in the twilight of your career, go for it. But if you're CS or want to do more, think again.
