Pros
Guaranteed lunch time AWAY from your work area, and you are treated like an adult.
Cons
For the warehouse, not guaranteed a hard ending time, can be an hour or so later just based on what the bosses wanted, not necessarily needed, which at times you did need to simply because we wouldn't get the orders early enough during the day. I had issues with how other things were dealt with but I was not actively involved in those decisions so I have no particular comment.
