      Work from home, conceptually good product/service.

      Cons

      Senior leadership out of touch with realities of marketplace. No one has heard of BnBerry and there was no to little attempt to create brand awareness. Also, comp plan VERY unattainable as evidenced by not one sales person ever hitting quota (15) while I was there.

      pure filipino workmates, they will upskill you even if you don't like, no choice to follow their orders, if you are upskilled they will not train you and just expects you to know everything, no employee empathy, no consideration to employees, the management is all about money, delayed salary raise as promised,
