... only for their ideas and effort to be laughed at and killed with constant discouragement from management. Company advertises itself as a place for people with passion, while there is a simple key for success there. Lack of critical thinking is highly appreciated, as the main task, regardless of the position, is just following the orders. Rare moments, when you can share your ideas might give the sense of impact at the beginning, but with time it is easy to understand they are pointless waste of time, as your voice does not matter. What's more, you may start to feel not quite smart, as some leaders would put great effort for you to feel like this; sometimes felt like it's their main and only task, maybe besides providing multiple Excel reports to be filled, replicating the same data countless times.

- independent thinkers,
- people coming with the ownership approach and wanting to
make an impact,
- people wanting to keep any level of confidence in their skills,
- people maintaining some level of dignity.
