Working clients that have disabilities and even those that are disadvantaged brings some sort of good feelings to you. I enjoy helping people grow and better themselves within the career and life.
Cons
There was no room for advancement. Not only that upper management really did not hire internally unless you were on their good side.
pay was on time, could work independently without too much micromanagment
Cons
no stipend for computer, phone or internet. had to use my own equipment after being made to work from home during COVID. dumped more work in my lap after a round of layoffs with no additional compensation then was laid laid off after the CEO told us not to worry about anything. no raises no chance for advancement. I'm riding public transportation but the CEO is riding around in an Alfa Romeo
