Pros

It's a high traffic dealership so you can make good money based on how hardworking you are.

Cons

The long hours are cruel. They want to make every penny they can even at 11pm at night. The doors are always opened to everyone even at 8PM. Employees come in on their off days to deliver cars. Employees do everything and are held responsible for everything. They don't pay their LOT employees to help, so you end up doing all the work and getting blamed left and right. You have to be really hardcore to survive here. You won't have any social life. They make a lot of money but pay sales people so small. I think this is actually employer abuse, because how can you have people working 70 hours a week, 12 hours a day and you can't even pay them overtime for staying late? You get paid only when you sell a car! They don't want to pay lot attendant, so they force you to come in on your off day and clear the snow off the cars, still with no additional pay! It's a harsh working condition. The managers suck...no one will help you unless they see that the problem is about to get them a lawsuit or get to Ernie Jr. They are so unprofessional, and rude to employees. Nothing works in this company...no updated technology. This is the ugliest looking Honda dealership I've ever seen. Everything is designed to punish employees. Even on Saturdays and Sundays, you see people working 12 hours a day! They never make time for their family, just so they can keep their job and make money for Ernie Boch jr. Other dealerships closes their doors at 5pm, Boch is opened till 9pm. If you must work here, just keep another place in mind and just gain the experience here. It's horrible!

Pros

The store management at this dealer is a great team of people. Family like atmosphere, pretty flexible on time management, private desks for customer negotiations, some with your own desktop.

Cons

But this job is not for everyone. If you value family and friends time, forget it. Only closed 2 holidays a year, clean snow on days off for free, and stay until the your customer leaves, even if it's 2 hours past close after the 11 hour day.

Pros

A big volume dealership with a lot of potential to do business each and everyday. Gives a chance to gain information on sales experience, product knowledge, and finding different methods to do business. The work environment is very open and with the volume the dealership does, you can choose to either meet your minimum goals or you can easily exceed them and make a decent living.

Cons

The career of a sales person in an establishment such as this, you never know when business can slow down or jump up in pace which results in long hours.Due to the place being a volume dealership with the lowest prices in the region, salesman need to find their own way to make a good amount of money because you won't make much money on car prices customers come in on.
