      Pros

      Good pay not a crowded store like big chains great location free coffe great customers Tom the store manager he is a really guy to work with.

      Cons

      No benefits, the feeling of stress due to owner being a jerk kills you sooner or later. Unorganized management the people with more experience always do double the work.

      Upscale area and friendly customers. High paying. Weekly pay. Flexible. Lots of hours. Discount on lunch.

      Cons

      TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT. Very degrating to their workers. Since its family owned the family will straight up fight in front of you (very awkward) Favoritism. Too many hours when short staffed. One time we have a team of 5 people in the huge new store and we were all working 50+ hrs because they have a slow hiring process. Half the people they hire quit after 1 day. Not a reliable team environment more like survival of the fittest.

      pay is decent nice location nice customers nice employees easy interview

      Cons

      family owed favor employees they want you do a 3 man job. the owner son is out of his mind. micro management. they fired someone because he was 3 min late but they had him come in the next to let him work for 30 mins and then they fired him.
