The average age of the people who work there is quite young, making it hard for older employees to envision a longer term career here. The parent company was very controlling. Visitors would ask if there are more locations coming to the US, but we would always have to skirt around the topic with "maybes" and "hopefully's". My understanding is that the leadership at the parent company were difficult to work with and so many deals fell apart, which is sad because it's a cool business.
