They have a contract w Google and this provides consistent work in a lively environment, no hassle w scheduling, nice meals, they deal w the sheets & cream, and you get paid if there is a no show.
Cons
You have to figure out your schedule 3 months in advance (but they are flexible when they can be) and they pay is what Google offered me in 2003c minus the tuition reimbursement.
