      Pros

      - Good at making connections and friends - Decent discounts on jewelry, piercings and tattoos - Worked alone during shifts so you have a sense of responsibly - Great way to gain customer service skills and great entry level job

      Cons

      - Micromanaging - Everyone goes behind each others backs - Constant drama with management and employees - Part-timers up to 15 hours a week - Hard to sell low quality jewelry at an insane price

      Pros

      discount, that is all. nothing else.

      Cons

      racism, if you're disabled they force you stand for hours on end, accuse you of stealing money because they can't read bank statements, only hire women because men aren't "safe" according to them. Currently avoiding covid safety practices and threatens anyone who speaks against them. Signs up old employees to their newsletter using our old account info years later without consent.

      Pros

      Nice customer connects, decent jewelry discount, discount at piercing/tattoo shop, benefits when you're at a senior level. Good exchange policy with warranty

      Cons

      Hard to sell low quality jewelry at a very marked up cost. Management at some locations was too overwhelming with micromanaging employees. Hours based on performance. Constantly hiring new employees.
