      No pros to working here.

      Cons

      -no benefits for hourly staff -salary staff get benefits, but the package is not good seems worst than a typical basic benefits package -they can’t be trusted -dishonest -take advantage of staff -poor leadership -favouritism -“boys club” mentality -high turnover rate -if you have issues at the work place there is no support, not from HR or from Supervisors or managers
