      Pros

      If you are an employee at another firm in the city and want a replica of said firm, where everyone comes from, this is for you.

      Cons

      It is literally culty. The reason they have high reviews is because they ask their current employees to vote for them and write good things. The reality is they do everything the same way they did at the more successful firm in the city and are absolutely not open to anything new. I’m sorry, did you ask about diversity? That is a laughable topic. What diversity? They hire replicas of one another and the leaders are RUDE. That was a truly unfortunate experience.

      They appear to believe they have a good culture

      Cons

      At first all seems well but all the talk about good culture and being human centric does not line up with the actions of the leadership. People are absolutely terrified to speak their minds and everyone needs to tow the line about what a great culture they have. Leadership also talks about how innovative they are with creative and technology and this is far from the case.

      I wish some positives would come to mind but they aren't. Here's my best: Inevitably, you do run into good people at even terrible employers. They are no exception.

      Cons

      Another reviewer mentioned the culture being culty. I couldn't agree more. However, the values they espouse are merely lip service. Leadership loves to spew the latest buzzwords but do not dare question anything or you will be punished. Also, if you do not participate in every corporate event, scheduled during work hours or otherwise, you will be punished for that as well. Even if you are a top performer. Yuck, I get the creeps just thinking about it.
