It is literally culty. The reason they have high reviews is because they ask their current employees to vote for them and write good things. The reality is they do everything the same way they did at the more successful firm in the city and are absolutely not open to anything new. I’m sorry, did you ask about diversity? That is a laughable topic. What diversity? They hire replicas of one another and the leaders are RUDE. That was a truly unfortunate experience.
