Worst place to work! Terrible owner and terrible employees. I've since moved onto another company, and I'm so grateful that I'm treated with respect and human decency. Bold PR was my first job, and I honestly thought that the entire corporate world was like them - sooooo happy to find out it's not. Don't work for them or with them.

BOLD is an amazing place to get PR experience, and if you love the beauty category, it's a great career opportunity. It is a fast-paced company, and work with some of the best beauty brands in the business. There can be a learning curve, but the majority of BOLDers never leave because they feel supported and respected. Most team members, who decide PR is their career path, stay at BOLD and grow to become leaders. I've been at the agency 10+ years, grown from manager to SVP, and the majority of BOLD's leadership started as assistants at the agency. Your growth is never stunted at BOLD if you are capable and committed.
Cons
Sometimes with big events or launches there can be long hours. End of the month reporting can get tedious.
