- an amazing, open minded and motivated team :) - lots of opportunities to self development, full control over your career path - full trust and transparency - flexible working hours and a partially remote work if needed - beautiful and super comfortable office :)

Most of the people ale nice.

Cons

- chaotic you cannot even imagine, especially when it comes to processes - PR doesn't match the reality (people are not equal, transparency and feedback culture as well as being pro-active aren't desired unless you've been in the company for a long time, etc.) - low salary comparing to other IT companies - high employee turnover - holacracy on low level - A LOT of meetings, you'll spend up to 5 hours a day on holacracy meetings, scrum events and all the additional company meeting
