Pros

- High salary offer - WFH/Hybrid

Cons

- Hiring team and Ops are not synchronized when onboarding newbies - You will take care of your own onboarding process and will need to be proactive in reaching out to respective departments. - Self-paced training. They will give you guidelines and files that you need to review on your own. You can ask them questions if you need help though. - They can terminate your employment whenever they want, regardless if the training period is not yet over. - If you are still on probation and the client decided to let you go, they will not re-profile you, as the HR said that they're aligned with their client's "decision/standards". So regardless if you're good and just not a right fit for the client, you will lose the job without prior notice or heads up.
