Fun co-workers and customers. And if you’re passionate about interior it’s a good job.
Cons
Gossip, toxic environment where if you ask why something is done in a certain way or question if there is a better way of doing it the answer is “that’s how it is/this is how it’s always been”. There seem to be a system of hiring co-workers on short term contracts and not extending it as well. Happened to a co-worker recently and it’s been going on every season.
