      CEO and COO don't know how to run a company

      Nice office to work in.

      Cons

      CEO and COO were the downfall of this company. They thought they knew it all. CEO and COO would go and change numbers on Salesforce to make them look better to the investors behind the managers and team leaders backs.

      Can;t think of any pros of working at Bolster.

      Cons

      CEO is heartless and doesn't care for his employees. He thinks employees should pay him to work there and be thankful even when they are mistreated. COO is inept and nobody likes him. Not a good leader at all.
