      Can;t think of any pros of working at Bolster.

      Cons

      CEO is heartless and doesn't care for his employees. He thinks employees should pay him to work there and be thankful even when they are mistreated. COO is inept and nobody likes him. Not a good leader at all.

      Pros

      Cool startup with some great opportunities. They have made some mistakes in the past (which are well documented here) but they are finally heading in the right direction.

      Cons

      Startup life isn't for everyone - definitely takes the right kind of person.
