Decent timing expected 10 - 7 Weekends off, no reach out on weekends Proper Christmas break Reasonable leave policy If your team is good, no worries They look for long-term growth in company, but you have to find your own opportunities Good for initiative-taking in small team
Cons
Hierarchy is very strong. Juniors cannot always approach founders/leaders. No WFH if you stay nearby Mandatory logging in of working hours Very time focussed on showing 8 hours of productivity. Time tracking is very critical here Work is appreciated only if manager is good People usually keep to themselves. Chit chat is not appreciated much. Some times flexible, some times rigid
