Pros
I worked there when a new store opened in my area, and everyone was great and the product was good. Head office was great as was the DM. The company eventually went bankrupt, mostly due to the US side, and was bought by the company that owned Bowring and others. Quality dropped.
Cons
Not many the first go around. Second go around was different. Head office was not great, DM wasn't really that great, product quality dropped, no rainchecks, customer had to pay in full to order product...pretty certain some lost their money if their credit cards didn't cover when the company eventually went out of business
