-Great team, easy to work with -CEO has strong ethics -Smart people that care about what they do -Remote and flexible working -Easy to work from different locations -Not many egos -Good brands/ products -Company values -Everyone supports the mission -Transparency
Cons
-Sometimes disorganized -As company grows, remote working means too much time on Slack and intranet to coordinate projects -Work gets intense by trying to achieve a lot with a small team -Project direction can change with co-founder's latest idea from a blog post on start-ups - One co founder comes across as arrogant -People can waste time on pet projects + getting social media likes
