-Great team, easy to work with -CEO has strong ethics -Smart people that care about what they do -Remote and flexible working -Easy to work from different locations -Not many egos -Good brands/ products -Company values -Everyone supports the mission -Transparency

Cons

-Sometimes disorganized -As company grows, remote working means too much time on Slack and intranet to coordinate projects -Work gets intense by trying to achieve a lot with a small team -Project direction can change with co-founder's latest idea from a blog post on start-ups - One co founder comes across as arrogant -People can waste time on pet projects + getting social media likes

Great autonomy and ownership. Everyone's feedback is considered. The team processes are ready for remote and the team is continuously growing and improving with that in mind. Great team to work with - relevant experiences and opinions. Work with a clear mission, with the pro of being always exposed to an amazing selection of products.

Cons

The team is growing and things move and change fast - that alone is not a con, but you need to be identified with that pace.
