      Pros

      Great autonomy and ownership. Everyone's feedback is considered. The team processes are ready for remote and the team is continuously growing and improving with that in mind. Great team to work with - relevant experiences and opinions. Work with a clear mission, with the pro of being always exposed to an amazing selection of products.

      Cons

      The team is growing and things move and change fast - that alone is not a con, but you need to be identified with that pace.

      A lot of autonomy and much flexibility in the role to run projects that you think are valuable to the business.

      Cons

      There's not much hierarchy so if you're not pro-active or business minded it could be daunting.
