-Made amazing friendships with other employees -Can make a lot of money depending on the shift

Cons

-Constant fights among the customers - Customers frequently walked tabs and servers were forced to pay for all walked tabs (girls frequently had to come out of pocket for $200+ walkouts) -Customers constantly doing lines of coke in the bathroom - Overworked and inadequate/lazy management - Inconsistent money - Unwanted sexual harassment

Terrible management, only fills the rules that are convenient for them Making servers pay for walkouts is illegal Favoritism towards servers, some allowed to do very illegal things because management likes them Hostile work environment Management does not work with your availability No protection for servers when customers become sketchy, multiple people allowed to get away with sexual harassment Overstaffed most nights

Flexible schedule, no strict rules, easy money

Cons

disorganized management and the staff morale is so low everyone wants to quit all the time, most of the other girls stay problems because they never learned how to properly communicate. Working from 4 pm to 3 am is not for the weak. Will disturb personal life.
