Bigger coffee companies such as this should provide minimum monthly rotas for employees - Severely understaffed, be prepared to be asked to cover peoples' shifts regularly. Don't expect sympathy if you are sick or can't otherwise make it to work. You will not get thanks for covering others' shifts either - Management cares much more about public perception rather than employee well-being.
