Pros
None. There is no real pro to mention. Salary it appears high. But skills cannot be managed only on a salary basis for more than one or two years.
Cons
There is an established system of hidden reporters inside the company. Management is used not to recognize the skills but the "yes" attitude. Intellectual honesty is widely not considered a value in the company. "I" is the only pronoun used in the management. There is no team spirit. Personnel is exclusively managed on personal empathy. Responsibilities are shared in the sense that everyone can talk and influence decision and stop entire processes. Management level is very poor.
