Where to start.........
1. The starting pay is not good - other established coworking spaces offer the same work/life balance and higher starting pay.
2. Bonuses are non-existent. You will never see an annual or holiday bonus, ever, so don't even think about it.
3. No commission structure for the community team who does 99.99% of office sales. With pay starting low, no bonuses or commission is insulting.
4. The company is not doing well and has had 4 rounds of lay-offs in less than 11 months. There is no transparency at all into the financial situation, everything is glossed over with vague "we can push through" statements and lame motivational quotes read at company-wide meetings led by an absent "CEO".
5. C-Suite level team members are obsessed with checking the cameras and basically spying on all team members. They have an obsession with the day-to-day minutia that means nothing, but provide no tangible help or feedback for the team for long-term sustainability.
6. It’s one of these companies that wants loyalty, but will never give you that loyalty in return. They will lie to your face to get what they want from you, and then turn around and blame you if it doesn’t go the way they were hoping it would.
