- Training is 'learn-as-you-go' and 'trial-by-fire', so you have to be a self-starter and pick things up quickly and independently. Not uncommon for a company of this size, I suppose.
- Biggest issue is the president. She is good at her trade, but the same qualities that allow her to get positive results in tax disputes make her very difficult to work with directly. Her expectations and plans can shift quickly, sometimes contradicting her past directives, and she will expect everyone to adjust immediately.
- In my experience, people with an easy-going personality did well here and those who didn't clashed with the president's personality and/or management style.
