      This person worked for the firm for about a week, maybe less. The marketing manager recommended the termination due to poor performance. Clearly the individual is disgruntled that the role did not work out for him. I don't think this person ever spoke to the CEO once after the interview. Bond Consulting has been in business for almost 20 years, and the CEO is a graduate of one of the top business schools in the world. Through the marketing efforts designed by the CEO, the company has doubled in size 2020, and in 2022-2023, is set to double again. After the launch of the marketing campaign, the firm began to acquire 1 new client a day.

      Pros

      Entire staff is professional, fun, and brings a ton of experience to help aid the fantastic year-over-year growth. Fortune 100 benefits in a small private company, not like most start-ups. Execution against strategy is consistently on target. Quick to make course corrections to stay on track continuous growth.

      Cons

      If anything, typical growing pains of a start-up transitioning from a few people making a living to a legitimate business offering real career opportunities.

      Manipulative leadership, constant complaints by CEO and others, no accountability, gossip, high turnover. Typical corporate — work culture not so great
