Pros

Food – when company cards work.

Cons

When I was hired two years ago, Bond seemed like a great company. They made so many pretty promises to get me on board, and we had a wonderful clinic. But there is NO management on the ground in Boston. They're all based in New York, and make a trip down every couple of months. The one person they had out here for a while was unreliable and toxic, and was in clinics even less than our New York corporate overlords. All their pretty promises have fallen away as the years have passed; no phones ringing was the first to go, followed by cleaners every night. The budget for food for staff got smaller by the month. Prices for clients raise almost as frequently as clinic budgets shrink, and they won't tell you about it until after it's rolled out, leaving you to deal with angry clients. If you work for Bond, expect to be stripped of all individuality and to become their "yes sir" cog in the machine. They say jump, you damn well better say "how high" or get out.

Pros

Amazing staff, weekend lunch provided

Cons

They say one thing but mean another. They open up hospitals all over without helping the ones they have up and running. They deny hell to staff. Always understaffed. Most of the time the hospital can’t run a proper code due to lack of staff. Multiple mishaps due to lack of staffing. Staff is burned out and blamed for upper management mistakes. False promises. Lies. Mistreatment of staff. They will burn you to the bone and flip it and blame you. They say “work happy” but 96% of the staff is working miserable. There is no trust between the staff and the HR/HQ departments. They are spending money on all these fancy buildings but now firing people because they don’t have the money. They have amazing marketing non social media but none of this is true throughout the actual hospitals. People are losing their jobs because Bond Vet bit off more than they can handle. Miserable staff. Which sucks because most of the staff are AMAZING workers who were just sucked into this job based off false hope. Staff deserves better. Patients deserve better. Most things are rushed to fit in more appointments. Bond won’t be around for long because they have no idea what they are doing.
