Pros
Food – when company cards work.
Cons
When I was hired two years ago, Bond seemed like a great company. They made so many pretty promises to get me on board, and we had a wonderful clinic. But there is NO management on the ground in Boston. They're all based in New York, and make a trip down every couple of months. The one person they had out here for a while was unreliable and toxic, and was in clinics even less than our New York corporate overlords. All their pretty promises have fallen away as the years have passed; no phones ringing was the first to go, followed by cleaners every night. The budget for food for staff got smaller by the month. Prices for clients raise almost as frequently as clinic budgets shrink, and they won't tell you about it until after it's rolled out, leaving you to deal with angry clients. If you work for Bond, expect to be stripped of all individuality and to become their "yes sir" cog in the machine. They say jump, you damn well better say "how high" or get out.
