Business outlook
Pros
Since we are a relatively small company - startup - there's always a lot going on and I'm involved in most of the strategy decision making in relation with my field. I have a lot of responsibility which I like but I also have freedom in optimizing workflow which is great.
Cons
Difficulties in progressing due to cashflow issues. I'm not able to utilize my maximum capacity because of insufficient resources on the company's side.
