Pros

I have had the privilege of working at Bonner Communications, alongside CEO Noelle Bonner, and it has been an incredible journey. The company's commitment to excellence is evident in every aspect of its operations. The workplace culture is top-notch, fostering collaboration and innovation. Noelle and leadership are supportive and genuinely care about employee growth. I've had numerous opportunities to expand my skill set and take on challenging projects that have been both professionally and personally rewarding. The benefits package is competitive, and the work-life balance is highly respected. The company and Noelle truly value their employees, making it a fantastic place to build a career. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a positive and fulfilling work environment.

Pros

The team is small but mighty and everyone is collaborative. Work and clients are focused on SF City. I liked being able to help small businesses thrive, which makes the job more fulfilling. This is a good place to start your career in communications, especially if you enjoy a boutique or start-up environment, are willing to learn and able to run projects independently. The company also provides good benefits and a fair amount of PTO and sick days. I enjoyed my time at BCOMM!

Cons

Salary is below average for an SF agency, but the CEO recognizes good work.

Pros

I have had the pleasure of working for BCOMM for over five years, and I genuinely enjoy collaborating with clients online every day. I have had the opportunity to engage with a diverse portfolio of clients, ranging from SF city public agencies to private companies located across the globe. It has been a wonderful journey that has strengthened my communication and marketing skills across various sectors.

Cons

While not a drawback, it is worth noting that BCOMM is a small team that relies on each member to be accountable, honest, and work collaboratively as part of the team.
