1. 3 months notice period. 2. Company environment not good. 3. Some seniors are supported but mostly not interested to talk with you 4. If you are new in POS terminal programming then join this company at your risk. No proper documents to read and no one guide you in your issues. I have struggled for 1.5 months and finally resigned from here. 5. worst company management and policies. when I have resigned from here HR said he will provide FNF after 45 days, but after many follow ups they have provided amount after a year with 50% deduction.
