Pros

Great customer base - K-12 Educational. Librarians are great, resourceful souls. We generally did a good job taking care of them.

Cons

Ownership only cares about their own profit. No investment in or care about employees, unless you party with them. Major favoritism... Owners like the Indentured Servant employment model, where if you work their bar-b-que cookout event all weekend, you can eat their food. No raises. They will buy you a drink any time you want, though.

Pros

Good people, small company. Good place to get your feet wet. Your ideas are listened to and many times acted upon. Great linux shop.

Cons

Low compensation. Technology is proprietary and old. You'll probably not learn much by working here. You have to deal with some people who don't really know what they are doing, but have been doing it so long it's hard to convince them otherwise.
