Staff is full of strange and interesting people who are genuinely good. Lots of interesting people to learn from. Fun parties. Some of the managers don't care and let you read on your shift. Free books.
Cons
The pay is insultingly low. You're on your feet all day. People can be mean. It's retail.

Cons
Charley Rejsek destroyed this company by attempts at union busting, deliberately installing incompetent people into power, bullying employees and spreading lies. Also taking down testaments to the community of employees to put up a shrine to herself.
