Poor Leadership

Pros

The CEO does graciously host outings and events for the employees to attempt and create a close niche company (all expenses paid for). However, the environment outside of the workplace doesn’t make up for the one inside the workplace.

Cons

The organization and management of this company is detrimental to anyone who becomes a part of it. The lack of communication provides an unstable work environment and an impression of poor service and business practices to outsiders. Without structure and proper management, there can’t be a successful company. The most valuable asset to any company are the employees. If the CEO would finally understand the concept of “respect” and realize that money doesn’t buy “class,” maybe the employees would have a better sense to stick around. Unfortunately, all the employees worth keeping seem to disappear in relatively quick fashion due to lack of encouragement, respect, and a feeling like they are not an integral part of the business. After further insight of the company’s business practices and leadership skills, it is not one that I wish to work for or do business with.

This company has no idea what they are doing.

Pros

Full benefits from day one and free lunch on Fridays. There's a gym available to employees but no showers (at least not when I was there) so it was not used.

Cons

Just about everything else. Everybody worked in a single room in a warehouse which was kept at 60 degrees. Loud music blaring. No actual cubicle or personal space. I could barely hear myself think sometimes. There is a religious undertone to the company that you won't appreciate until you work there. You are expected to not only know but also abide by the rules of the Jewish religion, even if you do not practice. Management is dishonest and nobody has any idea what they are doing. The administrative assistant that was working there while I was employed was fired multiple times for refusing to work random hours and then brought back on.

Pros

Friendly staff, or at least it was. It keeps changing all the time. Not good for a business!

Cons

Friendly staff but that have no idea of what they are doing due to lack of communication within the company. CEO harasses the employees, and has no clue of what is going on in his own business. CEO keeps threatening to terminate people's job in front of them all the time. It is a very stressful and unhealthy environment to work in.
