Unfortunately the above is the only benefit, management have no clear sense of direction and it’s very old school micromanagement, you might aswell be in an office the amount of pressure you are put under, morale within the team couldn’t be worse if it tried and unfortunately has become a very toxic environment…. Now they have decided to make redundancies and letting people that helped get the company up and running go, it really has gone downhill and it’s such a shame it started off so good!

A dictatorship which gives the illusion that you are in a safe environment when in reality you’ll be on a PIP the minute you don’t conform to every rule set by the hierarchy. The level of micromanagement is something I have never experienced in my career. Constantly questioned and spoken to like a child. Directionless strategy.
